& REFUND POLICY
Although we carry a stock of our most popular items, we source many of our
orders on the street in Africa. As a result we ask our supporters to
remember that infrequently, it may take a while for an artist to obtain a
desired work of art from his home country. As a general rule, most items
will be readily available and we will be able to ship orders to clients
within 14 days. However, where circumstances dictate that the artist must
first return to his home country because the item is out of stock, a
longer period may be required. However, we will stay in touch with the
client and inform him or her of the progress at every step.
To ensure that you as our customer receive the best value for money we
also use the standard air post to deliver the products.
Please remember that you are buying an individually hand-crafted work of
art which is unique and does not come from a mould or off a production
line. Therefore, the item ordered will almost exactly duplicate the object
displayed but may differ in detail. This is your guarantee that you are
buying an original piece of Africa.

With regard to shipping costs:
1) Please note that the weights given are approximate and may change with
the purchase of the actual item. If heavier than first reflected, the
client will be informed of the additional weight and asked to cover
additional postage costs.
2) Each item weight is reflected as NET weight. Please allow up to 1 kilo
for packaging materials.
3) Any items shipped in this way are sent by registered post. Once shipped
we supply our customers with the reference. Delivery is then subject to
post office process which our customers can track from the reference
number supplied.
